Nice clean mold. The rubber for casting the bore will be filled next. |
The gear is turned 180 degrees so new teeth cavities will be made in the mold. |
Liquid rubber is poured on to the gear and the bore of the gear is filled. |
Once the rubber has cured (over night) the top is shaved off to reveal the gear. |
